Coping with fatigue or breathlessness

Fatigue and breathlessness are common symptoms of many illnesses and can be frustrating to navigate because they impact how we approach life and our daily routines.

Our ‘Coping with fatigue or breathlessness’ session teaches strategies to help people manage these difficult symptoms and reduce the impact they have on everyday life, so they can continue doing the activities they enjoy.

Individuals will learn how to identify symptoms of fatigue and will work with our Rehabilitation Team to restructure their routines and find alternative ways of doing what they love.

Get in touch with our Wellbeing Team to find out more and join a session by emailing wellbeing@harlingtonhospice.org.
