Creative Arts as Therapy and Wellbeing

Whilst the benefits of a creative outlet are known to enhance general wellbeing, it can be difficult to feel motivated during times of isolation.

We are offering fortnightly sessions via Zoom, starting on Wednesday 7th July, from 11.00 a.m. - 12.30 p.m.  These have been designed for relaxation and pleasure.

Work on your own project – art, craft, sewing etc and enjoy time for yourself, whilst connecting remotely with others for support and inspiration! No work is judged and all abilities are welcome.

This group is for Michael Sobell Hospice and Harlington Hospice patients, their carers or family members.
