Creative Arts for Wellbeing

Open to those facing serious or terminal illness, our Creative Arts for Wellbeing sessions aim to support emotional wellbeing and aid self-esteem.
Group Sessions

Creative Arts sessions are small groups which encourage peer support. They offer a variety of creative art projects, either your own or a guided project. All basic art materials are provided.

These sessions are designed for enjoyment and relaxation. No artistic ability is required, just a willingness to ‘have a go’.

For those who wish to put their memories into words and/or images, we also offer the opportunity to work on creative ways to record memories, through journal keeping and scrapbook making.
