Trusts and foundations

Funding from independent grant makers such as Trusts and Foundations is a very important and appreciated source of income for Harlington Hospice.

Over the years, through the generosity of trust funders we have been able to provide improvements in end-of-life care for our patient and their families

If you are aware of any trust or foundation who might be willing to support services in the following areas then please do not hesitate to contact us:

  • Families
  • Communities
  • Older people
  • Children and young people
  • Healthcare
  • Social work and welfare
  • Arts and music therapies
  • Spiritual care
  • Volunteer services
  • Transport
  • Capital funding

Financial gifts provided by charitable trusts and foundations help ensure that free palliative care is available for all who need it. Unrestricted gifts give us the highest flexibility to target resources where they are most needed.

We would like to thank all of the Companies, Trusts and Foundations who have given to us in the past 12  months, some of whom are listed below.

  • Asda (Hayes)
  • Botwell Primary School
  • Co-operative Group (Hayes)
  • Etihad Airways
  • Dr Triplett’s CE Primary School
  • Hayes Business Forum
  • Heathrow Primary school
  • Islamic Education and Cultural Society Hayes
  • John Guest Limited
  • London Heathrow Airport communities
  • Rackspace plc

  • Rotary Club Elthorne-Hillingdon
  • Rotary Club Uxbridge
  • Stockley Academy

If you represent a grant-making body who might be able to support Harlington Hospice, we should be delighted to discuss our work with you, and/or arrange a visit if you would like to see what we do.
