Care Support Workers/Health Care Assistants 

Harlington Hospice is urgently looking for Domiciliary Carers to help our clients within the London Borough of Hillingdon.

We help those with varying needs to enable them to remain in their own homes but who require additional support with personal care, or activities that allows them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Hourly rates £9.75 - £10.25

Shop Manager Harlington

Do you have experience in charity or fashion retailing?

Is excellent customer service at the heart of what you do?

Are you self-motivated and able to motivate others?

If the answer is “yes” to all of the above, you could be the person we are looking for In addition to managing the shop premises, the role of our Charity Shop Managers is to maximise profits for the work of Harlington Hospice.

Reporting directly to the Retail Business Development Manager, you will ensure the shop’s success by following the charity’s processes and procedures to deliver excellent customer service.

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong retail background, preferably in fashion or charity retailing, and have a flair for visual merchandising. You will have a proven record of using your excellent interpersonal/communication skills to motivate a team to achieve sales targets. If you have the skills, passion and determination to lead a team of volunteers, are sales driven, and have a desire to succeed, we want to hear from you.
