Charity Shop Managers required for various locations near Heathrow

               

Do you have experience in charity or fashion retailing?

If the answer is “yes” to all of the above, you could be the person we are looking for. In addition to managing the shop premises, the role of our Charity Shop Managers is to maximise profits for the work of Harlington Hospice.

Reporting directly to the Retail Business Development Manager, you will help run one of our successful shops whilst following the charity’s guidelines, processes and procedures to deliver excellent customer service.

To be considered for this role, you must have a strong retail background, preferably in fashion or charity retailing, and have a flair for visual merchandising. You will have a proven record of using your excellent interpersonal/communication skills to motivate a team to achieve sales targets. If you have the skills, passion and determination to lead a team of volunteers, are sales driven, and have a desire to succeed in a friendly and flexible environment, we would like to hear from you now.
