Rehabilitation

We offer Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy to people living with a serious or terminal illness. We enable them so they can continue doing the activities they enjoy, as well as aid their mobility and independence.

Our dedicated Rehabilitation Team consists of a Physiotherapist, an Occupational Therapist and Therapy Assistant. They support people through one to one sessions, in person and in groups, depending on each individual’s needs.

In one to one sessions our team works with people to develop self-management strategies. These focus on maintaining independence, managing symptoms – like anxiety, breathlessness, and fatigue – and coping more easily with everyday activities. Each person is supported to find alternative ways of continuing to do the activities that are important to them.

To register your interest and for more information please email us. Referrals for our one to one physiotherapy must be via a healthcare professional.
