Creating a Special Moments Tribute page is a beautiful way to remember a loved one, share memories and support our work.
Our Special Moments Tribute Page is run in partnership with MuchLoved. And allows you to create an everlasting tribute in memory of a loved one to share with family and friends.
Your online tribute page is a wonderful platform to share memories, upload meaningful photographs, videos and favourite pieces of music, and light a candle for your loved one.Â
On the tribute page, visitors can also choose to make an in memory donation to Harlington Hospice.

Why we need your support
As a charity only part funded by the NHS, every year we need to raise £2.4 million in voluntary income. It is only with the kindness of our supporters that we can be alongside our vibrant Hillingdon community at their time of need.Â
