Create a Tribute Page

Creating a Tribute page is a beautiful way to remember a loved one, share memories and support our work.

You can create a Special Moments Tribute Page for someone you loved in their memory.

A tribute page will act as a place to remember the special person and they life they led. You can add photos, videos and memories of them to their page. It can be shared with family and friends to help celebrate their life. You can light candles and make the page as unique as your loved one.

The Tributes page can also be used to share details of the funeral and invite donations on behalf of Michael Sobell House or Harlington Hospice. Each page is yours for free, for as long as you wish.

Our Tribute Garden

Our Tributes Garden is a place to remember those who lived in Hillingdon and are no longer with us.

It is a place for us to remember, reflect and give thanks for the lives and the impact our loved once’s made.

If you would like to find out more about how to create a Tribute page, please get in touch with our Fundraising Team on 0209 106 9222 or email fundraising@harlingtonhospice.org.

Why we need your support

As a charity, although we work well with our local NHS teams, only about 50% of our costs are funded by the NHS. Every year we need to raise at least £2.1 million to keep our hospice services running. It is thanks to the generosity of our supporters that we can continue to stand alongside our vibrant Hillingdon community when they need us most.

We know how important it is for our patients, their families and loved ones to receive compassionate care and support that is tailored around their needs, in the place and at the time that is right for them. Every donation helps us provide that care each day, while also enabling us to go above and beyond for people and families during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
