Community Fundraiser

Job Description: Engage with the public through events and community activities, inspiring them to raise money for the Hospice. And develop meaningful relationships with supporters, volunteers, and donors.

Location: Hybrid – Split between working from home, in the community, at Lansdowne House, and at Michael Sobell House. 

Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Art Psychotherapist (Children and Young People)

Job Description: The Art Therapist will plan and provide a program of age appropriate therapeutic sessions for children and young people who are living with a family member affected by serious or terminal illness, the last year of life, and bereavement.

Location: Lansdowne House, Michael Sobell House, online, and in local schools – depending on the preference of the client.

Working hours: 22.5 – 30 hours/week

Salary: £38,000 – £40,000

Reports to: Principal Lead of Psychological & Emotional Support services

Registered Nurse

Job Description: Registered Nurse with an interest in Palliative Care and End of Life Care, responsible for delivering a high standard of care to everyone staying at our 10 bed Inpatient Unit.

Location: Inpatient Unit at Michael Sobell House, Mount Vernon Hospital

Working Hours: 37.5 hours/week (part time hours considered)

Salary: NHS Band 5 equivalent (Existing NHS pensions honoured or workplace pension available)

Care Assistant at Harlington Care

Job Description: Harlington Care provides support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Work ranges from domicilary Care to respite support in an individuals own home and group activities in the community. 

Location: Clients own home, in the London Borough of Hillingdon and surrounding areas, including Hounslow.

Working hours: Agreed between employee and manager upon successful appointment.

Salary: £10.85 ph/week days; £11.77 ph/weekends; £14.75 ph/Bank Holidays.

Reports to: Harlington Care Manager.
