Job Description:
You will provide inspirational leadership and operational oversight for the Inpatient Unit at Michael Sobell House, ensuring the delivery of safe, high quality, compassionate care. Acting as a clinical expert, you will support patients, families and the multidisciplinary team, while shaping the future development of inpatient services.

You will lead and manage a team including senior nurses, the Admissions and Discharge Nurse, and therapy leads, while overseeing the delivery of care across the inpatient unit, Primrose community beds and the development of new Continuing Healthcare (CHC) beds. The role includes responsibility for clinical governance, quality improvement, workforce development, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

You will work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning, contribute to service development, and strengthen partnerships across health and social care, ensuring a coordinated and person centred approach to end of life care.

Location: Michael Sobell House, Mount Vernon Hospital, Gate 3, Northwood HA6 2RN.

Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, with flexibility in line with service needs. Part time and flexible working arrangements will be considered.

Salary: c£65k / Band 8A (dependent on experience) + contributory pension.

Reports to: Director of Clinical Services.

Job Description: Registered Nurse with an interest in Palliative Care and End of Life Care, responsible for delivering a high standard of care to everyone staying at our 13 bed Inpatient Unit.

Location: Inpatient Unit at Michael Sobell House, Mount Vernon Hospital

Working Hours: Nights plus bank hours

Salary: NHS Band 5 equivalent (Existing NHS pensions honoured or workplace pension available)

Job Description: Harlington Care provides support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Work ranges from domiciliary care to respite support in an individual’s own home and group activities in the community.

Location: Clients own home, in the London Borough of Hillingdon and Hounslow, and surrounding areas.

Working hours: Agreed between employee and manager upon successful appointment.

Salary: £13.15 weekdays Enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays
