We work with people to support them to feel like themselves, not their illness.
Our Wellbeing service is all about taking the time to reconnect with experiences that make us feel good and in tune with who we are; what this means can be different for everyone. We support the wellbeing of people living with serious or terminal illness and those close to them. There are a range of free sessions and activities available at Lansdowne House, the Reg Hopkins Centre, Michael Sobell House, in your home and online.
We offer a range of services including:
- Lymphoedema care
- Legs Eleven Group
- Creative Arts for Wellbeing
- Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy
- Dementia Carers groups
- Complementary therapies, including massage and reiki
Our team truly care about discovering what matters most to each person who comes to us. Through our sessions and activities, we support people to continue doing what they love, to feel restored and perhaps even discover a new artistic talent!
