Wellbeing

We work with people to support them to feel like themselves, not their illness.

We know that the symptoms of a serious or terminal illness can be overwhelming. We work with people to navigate their feelings and to find wellbeing strategies what work for them. What this means can be different for everyone. We support the wellbeing of people living with serious or terminal illness and those close to them. All our sessions and activities are free and available at Lansdowne House, Michael Sobell House, in your home and online.

We offer a range of services including:

We have also recently launched our new Digital Wellbeing Hub in association with MyWishes which gives local residents access to a range of information and support about wellbeing and Advance Care Planning. Please visit the MyWishes website and take a few moments to create an account using a Hillingdon postcode. Then visit the My Wellbeing page using the menu on the left.

Through our sessions and activities, we support people to continue doing what they love and to feel restored.
