Company giving
We are incredibly proud to be associated with like minded companies who believe in what we do.
Partnering with Harlington Hospice and sharing your knowledge, skills and resources, will help us realise our vision, where everyone living with serious or terminal illness is treated as an individual and supported to live with their illness in a positive way.
We acknowledge that each company is different and therefore we aim to create unique partnerships that are mutually beneficial, whether this is a long term partnership, a one off donation or a volunteering opportunity.
Please do contact our Fundraising Team on fundraising@harlingtonhospice.org or 020 8106 9201 to discuss how your business can get involved.
Local Business Champions
Our Local Business Champion initiative is an opportunity for your company, whether large or small, to give back to your community. To become part of this initiative, your business must commit to donating a minimum of £300 per annum. This could be through regular monthly giving, a one-off donation, Charity of the Year partnerships, employee fundraising or donations in kind.
Reasons to be a Local Business Champion:
- An opportunity to become a socially responsible citizen in your local community by supporting your local hospice.
- Improved public image and increased visibility by aligning with a local charity that has over 40 years’ experience in your community.
- Increased employee satisfaction, giving your staff the opportunity to get involved with and support activities that make a real difference in their community.
- Increased customer loyalty as customers become aware of business involvement with a reputable charity that is empowering people living with serious or terminal illness.
Corporate Donations
Your company may choose to give an annual donation towards one or more of our services that we provide in our local community and demonstrate your commitment towards your corporate social responsibility goals.
“8build Ltd is truly passionate about giving back to the community; that is why, when we found out about Michael Sobell House’s desire to reopen their Inpatient Unit, we were determined to help in any way we could. This Inpatient Unit holds a special place in our hearts and so working closely with the charity to provide a new space for those in need was an easy decision to make!”

‘We were delighted to have Cameron as one of our Charity of the Year partners. Throughout the year, their team took part in a range of fundraising activities to support our patients and their families. Their partnership is a brilliant example of how businesses can make a lasting impact while uniting their teams behind a great cause.’

Donations in Kind
Volunteering
Volunteering is a great opportunity to get your team together and have fun while making a difference in your local community.
We have a wide variety of volunteer roles available, whether it’s helping at one of our fundraising events, supporting us in our shop at weekends or helping with the maintenance and upgrading of our buildings, we can be flexible to meet your availability and interests.
Volunteering promotes teambuilding, giving your staff the opportunity to get out of the office, getting to know each other better and accomplishing tasks together.

A wonderful team of volunteers from HORECA came to support us in our gardens at Michael Sobell House.
Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving is a simple way for your staff to support their local Hospice. Employees can choose how much they’d like to donate each month.

Why we need your support
As a charity only part funded by the NHS, every year we need to raise £2.4 million in voluntary income. It is only with the kindness of our supporters that we can be alongside our vibrant Hillingdon community at their time of need.
We know how important it is that people living alongside serious or terminal illness can access support that’s shaped around them, when and where they need it. Your donations allow us to keep our Hospice running every day, as well as go above and beyond for people experiencing the most vulnerable moments in their lives.
