Complete the online enquiry form and tell us:

• Your team name (if known)
• Number of team members
• Lead booker contact details

Step 2 – Booking Confirmation

The Fundraising Team will review your enquiry and confirm whether we can accommodate your team.

If your booking is accepted, we will:

• Confirm the number of places reserved for your team
• Advise the amount due
• Provide a unique 5-digit booking reference number
• Send you a secure payment link

Step 3 – Make Payment

Using the payment link provided by the Fundraising Team, the lead booker should:

• Enter their full name
• Enter the 5-digit booking reference number
• Pay the amount advised by the Fundraising Team

Step 4 – Receive Final Confirmation

Once payment has been received and verified, the Fundraising Team will send a confirmation email.

Please note: your team’s place is not confirmed until you receive this confirmation email.
