Support in your home
Being at home can be important when facing the challenges of illness.
Through our Hospice at Home service, we face these challenges with you. Our expert team offer night time visits in people’s homes, and can also support people through their last moments. Our compassionate Registered Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Referral Coordinators work closely with GPs, District Nurses and other community services so we can offer the right at home support, at the right time.
By offering this specialist night time support inside the home, we can ease the weight from the shoulders of unpaid carers. They are able to get some much needed rest in the knowledge that their family member is safe and comfortable.
Support for carers
We provide free support and respite services for carers across Hillingdon. We also provide a carers respite service in Hounslow and Ealing.
What we provide
Harlington Care is a daytime care at home and respite service for adults carers. Our carers roles include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Washing
- Medication support
- Continence care
- Social outings
- Medicinal outings
- Visiting places of worship
