Relaxation audio tracks
Our series of relaxation audio tracks are designed to ease anxiety, stress and tension. Our Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Assistant will guide you through two different relaxation techniques.
Progressive muscular relaxation focuses on different muscle groups in the body. We guide you through how to tense and then relax each muscle, to ground and calm you.
Our two visualisation relaxations take you through a tranquil country cottage garden and a quiet beach.
